All data are secure and confidential and belong only to the user.

To protect our system against potential virus infection, we request that users needing information stored on diskettes exchange their diskettes for ones previously scanned for viruses by MEC staff.

In general, there is a charge for processing materials with the exception of: university course exams, faculty/course evaluations, and enrollment services forms.

Users needing to temporarily access data scanned to tape may do so free of charge.  However, if the data needs to be saved longer than three months, the user should purchase the tape.
